Thank you for shopping at Mossic.
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! You need to intimate us within 48 hours post receiving the package.
Conditions for Exchange
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an Exchange, please make sure that:

The Goods were received in last 48 hours.

The Goods are in the original packaging

Send an unboxing video of the damaged product to adm@mossic.in

If the product is unavailable in store then the amount will be credited only in Mossic wallet.
Mossic has no Refund policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Mossic does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable
